I do not accept returns due to change of mind. Thats why I clearly list the lengths of items, and include many pictures. I am always happy to repair any problems that are my fault. In the case of custom orders I require payment before I even start making the item (being a small at home business I cant afford to take a loss by making an item i cant resell and then have the person change their mind) I will work with you throughout the process to ensure you are getting exactly what you want, and always send a confirmation picture before shipping the item. Once you approve the finished product its shipped and the sale is final. I constantly strive to do the best I can and have the happiest customers possible. I pride myself in going above and beyond!
